At Giftoraa, every item is carefully created and personalised with love. Due to the personalised and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on personalised items once production has started.

 

However, customer satisfaction is very important to us.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or there is an issue with your item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and do our best to provide a suitable solution.

• Handmade and personalised products may have minor variations which make each piece unique.
•Customers are responsible for checking all spelling, names, dates, addresses, and custom details before placing an order.
